- The Korean Guest Relations Officer ensures that guests are provided with the immediate and professional service.
- Provide general facilities and the latest equipment and service for the convenience of guests.
- Provide hotel information and offer the assistance with a perfect knowledge of hotel’sservices & facilities and area information.
- She/he will ensure that her/his section is perfectly tidy at any time, the accessories &stationary used for the operations are refill as often as required and that the circuits ofoperations are followed strictly.
- To ensure that all the standards and procedures established at the Lotte Hotel Hanoi are followed successfully and permanently.
- The Korean Guest Relations Officer will be dynamic and efficient to serve all guests approaching the front desk with a professional, warm and positive attitude. She/he will be a main actor in the check in and check out process, which occur at the front desk, and will be available to help the guest in any of his request.
- Sales and assignment of guest room, checks guest in and out, special for Samsung / Korean Guest.
- Warmly welcome guests in a friendly and professional way. With repeat guest, it is compulsory to give recognition to guest.
- Fulfil guest expectation and deliver excellent service.
- Coordinate with concierge/bell/front desk during guest arrival/departure.
- He/she must perform all tasks per instructions of the Front Desk Supervisor/Assistant Front Office Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High school diploma or its equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field preferred.
- Experience: Experience in 5-star hotel services preferred.
- Credentials: Certificates in hotel services preferred.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must speak English fluent enough to serve customers.
- Must be service-minded to meet client needs.
- Must possess expert knowledge on the Hotel operation.
