Director of Marketing

• Developing, implementing, and managing a marketing plan and budget for the department to achieve the Hotel’s approved performance objectives and targeted results

• Leading, organizing, and controlling the public relations, marketing events and services, and brand loyalty sections to achieve the objectives of the approved marketing plan and budget

• Managing, coaching and planning effectively to achieve targeted results

• Assisting the F&B outlet promotions, advertisement, and other marketing related activities

• Providing leadership in revenue / yield positioning strategies to ensure effective product / service display in all distribution channels

• Reviewing, developing and implementing a system that provides frequent and relevant market research on clients, products, distribution, and markets; and ensuring maximum coverage on major trade shows and similar activities, oversea sales trips are effectively and efficiently planned and coordinated

• Ensuring corporate branding and compliance for all marketing and sales collaterals, while observing professional practice and ethics in marketing and corporate communication

• Promoting corporate reputation and brand awareness by participating in business organizations, professional and social groups, and community activities and projects

• Proven performance record of at least 10-15 years working in hospitality marketing operations (senior position) in dynamic hotel, international assignments and pre-opening experience is a plus

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality management, business management, marketing, or equivalent
