Mô tả công việc
- Ensuring the smooth and accurate financial operations.
- Supports the accounting department by performing a variety of clerical and accounting tasks, contributing to the overall financial health of the resort.
- Process invoices, ensuring accuracy of vendor information, pricing, and quantities.
- Match purchase orders to invoices and receiving documents.
- Prepare and process payments to vendors, ensuring timely disbursement and adherence to payment terms.
- Maintain accurate records of all invoices and payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries.
- Post guest charges and payments to individual accounts.
- Generate and distribute guest invoices.
- Assist with the collection of outstanding balances.
- Reconcile daily revenue and cash receipts.
- Prepare and deposit daily cash and credit card receipts.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Prepare journal entries as needed.
- Reconcile bank accounts.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records.
- Assist with audits as required.
- Prepare reports as requested by the accounting manager.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries related to accounting matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Performing other tasks assigned by superior.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Graduating from college and higher and majoring in Financial Accounting.
• Having degrees and certificates related to the profession.
• Having knowledge of law.
• Work experiencee: at least 3 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant accounting field and 1 year or more in a similar position.
• Major: Business administration, accounting, finance.
• Being able to communicating in English or other language.
• Being good at communicating.
• Being good at office computer skills and accounting software.
• Characteristics: meticulous, careful, honest, has a high sense of responsibility at work.
• Being able to work independently under high pressure.
• Arranging work and coordinating with colleagues well.
• Understanding of accounting operations and regulations related to accounting work. Master state policies and regulations in the fields of finance, accounting and tax.
