Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for efficient, productive and profitable kitchen operations.
- Control, check and supervise the kitchen operations and work hands-on as and when needed.
- Ensure that high standards of food production and presentation are consistent throughout the hotel at all times.
- Assume the responsibility for training-related functions of all staff.
- Assist the Chef De Cuisine in the day-to-day kitchen operations and represent him, in his absence, with all responsibilities.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma in Culinary.
- At least 1 year of experience as Sous Chef in 5-star Hotel/Resort.
- Understand administration tasks/system such as P&L, costing, MS Office.
- Strong in inter-personality, leadership and creative skill.
- Proficiency in English (both verbal & written).
- Strong in driving results, people management and development.
