About Us:
Sadec Garden is a restaurant and hotel complex with a unique green space located in Sa Dec, Dong Thap. We provide high-quality dining and accommodation experiences, combining professional service with a warm and welcoming environment. With a vision to enhance guest satisfaction and expand our operations sustainably, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to join our leadership team.
The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all hotel operations and staff, working under the direction of the Board of Management (BOM).
• Expected onboard date: October, 2025
• Working time: 8 hours/ day, 6 days/week, rotating shifts, the hotel opens from 6am to 10:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
1.Business Planning & Implementation
• Develop and implement business strategies and plans aligned with hotel objectives.
• Ensure effective execution of business plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
2. Hotel Operations Management
• Oversee smooth operations across all departments.
• Regularly inspect guest rooms, VIP rooms, lobby, and public areas.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise staff performance and service standards.
• Control maintenance, upgrades, and asset management.
3. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Develop job descriptions and SOPs in collaboration with department heads.
• Ensure staff comply with approved procedures.
• Continuously review and improve SOPs for efficiency and alignment with new directions.
4. Incident & Issue Resolution
• Support staff in resolving customer complaints or operational incidents (e.g., service issues, food safety, fire hazards).
• Coordinate with departments to handle incidents effectively and maintain customer satisfaction.
5. Human Resources Management
• Plan staffing needs and oversee recruitment.
• Build and maintain a strong, capable workforce.
• Participate in interviews, negotiate compensation, and manage HR policies.
• Evaluate employee performance, recommend promotions, rewards, or disciplinary actions.
6. Training & Development
• Develop and implement staff training programs.
• Mentor and coach staff across departments.
• Build a qualified successor team for future management roles.
7. Other Responsibilities
• Act as the hotel’s representative in media, government, and partner relations.
• Approve and evaluate departmental plans.
• Contribute to marketing, branding, and promotional activities.
• Propose initiatives to improve operational efficiency and revenue.
• Chair hotel meetings and prepare regular reports for the Board of Directors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Tourism, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of hotel/restaurant management experience. Experience managing hotels in the Mekong Delta region is a plus.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Solid understanding of hotel operations and guest service.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Good communication skills in English.
