At NUNA, we are building the direct booking revolution for independent hotels. We empower hoteliers with innovative booking technology, strategy, and support so they can sell more directly and depend less on OTAs.
We’re growing fast and looking for a confident communicator with sharp commercial instincts. Someone who enjoys opening conversations, identifying opportunities, and leading prospects from first contact to product demo.
What you will do
- Own the first stage of the sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, and scheduling meetings.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand hotel needs and potential fit.
- Deliver live product demos of NUNA’s solutions to hoteliers and decision-makers.
- Follow up and nurture leads through the pipeline until handoff or closing.
- Research markets and build lead lists of targeted hotels.
- Track KPIs, activities, follow-ups, and progress in our CRM (Odoo).
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product team to improve messaging and demos.
- Represent NUNA as a trusted consultant, not just a salesperson.

- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English
- Experience in hospitality, SaaS or sales is a bonus, but not required.
- You are ambitious, resilient, and hungry to grow.
- You thrive working full-time from an energetic office environment.
