Details will be discussed during the interview
- Responsible for Front Office operation to ensure guest satisfaction with accommodation, billing and services
- To achieve a high level of guest satisfaction, consistency and efficiency in service
- To control Front Office expenses to a minimum level and to maximize the revenue through room sales and keep the billing to be arranged in proper procedures.
- Attend to any guest complains and resolve the situation as soon as possible.
- To handle group arrivals together with Duty Manager, get in contact with the Tour Leaders and obtain all information needed as well as to reconfirm final arrangement.
- Maintain good working relationship within Front Office and with other departments

Yêu cầu chung :

- Vietnamese ( female or male) – Good appearance and mature with ages from 30 - 40 years old
- Excellent written and spoken English, other foreign language will be an advantage
- University graduation or Intenational Hotel background Certificates/Licenses
- At least 03 years working experiences in Front Office of International Hotels.
- Having working experiences in all Front Office functions of International Hotels.
- Highly guest oriented.
- Good command of computer literate, using Opera Software will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organization skills, good trainer as well as good teamwork building
- Being energetic, creative, self-motivated and able to work under high pressure
