More details will be discussed in the interview:
• The Credit Manager works under the direct supervisor of and is responsible to the Financial Manager
• He/she is responsible for the follow-up of all accounts due to the hotel from guests, concessionaires and tenants as well as any sundry accounts and to make sure that all accounts are paid in a timely basis.
• Credit Manager should oversee the Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Officer’s performance of work to ensure that accounts are properly billed on a timely basis.
• In specific tasks, to review supporting documents and verify the accuracy of all balances of receivable.
• To follow up collection of accounts receivable regularly in a firm but diplomatic manner calculated to procedure results and the same time maintain good relations with the customers
• To recommend write-off uncollectible accounts for General Manager’s and Financial Controller’s view and approval.
• To report directly to the Financial Controller of all matters affecting credit and collection.

Yêu cầu chung :

• University Degree in Accounting , Finance or related field
• Good command of computer skill
• Good level of English and communication skill
• Honest, accurate and hard work
• Highly guest oriented.
• Good managerial skill and teamwork building spirit
• At least 03 year experiences in Account Receivable
• Have experiences of the same position in the International Hotels will be an advantage
