Key responsibilities

+ Customer Service
- Greet, welcome and interact with members and guests professionally at all times
- Ensure prompt and professional phone answering service
- Render high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring their needs and requests aren attended to in a timely manner; referring to MRO/Manager if necessary
- Assist to ensure procedures and systems are practiced within the scope/requirement of the Company

+POS transactions
- Ensure proper handling of all sale transactions with issuance of official receipts
- Audit and ensure all documents are checked and verified
- Ensure implementation of collection of outstanding balance
- Promote shoe locker occupancy to increase revenue

+Team Development
- Observe, contribute ideas and supervise team efficiency, propose improvements
- Constantly train and communicate with team for improvements, propose incentives for success
- Conduct Functional Training and report development
- Assist in ensuring sufficient staffing and effective work schedule

+ Facilities Management
- Assist to achieve 5 star facility standards through auditing, feedback and reporting
- Ensure safety of staff and members are in order at all times – train and prepare for incidents, injuries
- Ensure opening/closing of facilities is in accordance to Company policies and procedures
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- Tertiary education and above with a minimum of 1 year experience in a service oriented industry
- Good command of English and Vietnamese
- Ability to work according to shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
