- Job Description :

Professional website :

o Daily updates (factsheets about our services, tariffs, enhancements etc.),

o Contact with other offices in Asia to collect information,

o Participation to the project of enhancing the website,

o Analyze performances of this tool,

o Propose ideas and recommendations,

o Rewrite / amend descriptions (in English),

Newsletters / Emailings:

o Look for relevant information and check them carefully,

o Take part to the proofread and the writing of articles and interviews,

o Formatting of the Newsletters,

Data Bases :

o Daily updates (Marketing clients lists, pictures database),

Support for the Sales Department :

o Build up presentations to promote our business to our professional clients,

o Create maps,

o Train/help the Sales on our professional website,

Others :

o Provide tools and ideas to promote our company,

o Develop the greeting card,

o Visit services (hotels, restaurants, guest houses etc. in Hanoi) to evaluate them and collect all information to promote them.

- Requirements :

Attitude :

o Responsiveness, curiosity, openness,

o « Client oriented », service minded, o Adaptability to different cultures and relationships,

o High rigorousness and perfectionism,

Competencies :

o Fluent in English (writing and speaking),

o Excellent writing skills,

o Ideally knows about tourism industry,

o Connoisseur about softwares, interactive tools and modern solutions (Emailing platforms, softwares for pictures management, Photoshop etc.).
