Mô tả công việc:
- Manpower Planning – Sourcing, Recruitment, and Onboarding
- Ensures consistent and effective implementation of staffing programs and strategies to acquire quality talents
- Actively participates in candidate pool development thru networking, Job, and career fair
- Conducts effective assessment of candidate profile thru initial phone interview, ensuring that hiring criteria and credentialing guidelines are met
- Facilitates candidate interview schedules with HoDs and Plant Management and ensures communication of consolidated interview results
- Consistently drives documentation of the following activities:
- Job Offer
- Labor Contract issuance
- Labor Contract Amendment issuance for renewal, transfer, and promotion

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related field
- At least 5 years experience in the manufacturing industry handling the same or similar role
- Strong background in the rollout of target selection, and onboarding activities
- Good working knowledge in Compensation and Benefits Administration as well as remittance regulations
- A good grasp of the Vietnamese labor law policy implementation, grievance proceeding, implementation of Disciplinary Action, as well as labor regulatory compliance
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written with precision in grammar, spelling, and document construction
- Proficiency in MS Applications – Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Salary, Benefits, and Work Hours:
- Labor contract period: as stated in Article 22 in the current Vietnamese Labor Code
- Successful candidate will receive competitive salary, government insurance and non-compulsory health and accident insurance
- Work Place: Factory No 4, Khanh Phu Industrial Zone, Khanh Phu Village, Yen Khanh District, Ninh Binh Province
- Work Hours: 48 hours per week as specified under the Company’s Internal Labor Rules in accordance with the current Vietnamese Labor Code
- Others (safety and hygiene conditions, rest hours): As specified under the Company’s Internal Labor Rules in accordance with the current Vietnamese Labor Code
