PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the upkeep of the tennis court and ensure a high level of
service for guests for playing tennis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- See to it that the tennis court surface, nets, balls, and building (sala)
are always kept as good as new and always be in good working conditions and
ready to play on.
- Liaise with Guest assistants for the schedule of guests using the tennis
court to avoid complicity of bookings.
- Closely check all bookings to ensure that’s staff is always present while
a guest is playing. Always make sure that we have stand by staff to meet the
guest during and after their activities. Do shifting as necessary.
- Ensure that rackets and balls are in good condition and stored correctly
in the cabinet at the tennis sala.
- See to it that the cold water, ice tea, cold towels and hand towels are
offered to the guest by the attendants hand towels placed at the end of the
net as the guest start to play.
- Be sure that drinking glasses are always kept and breakages are sent back
to the kitchen.
- Report all damages or breakages to the department concerned.
- Report to the Engineering department the availability of the tennis court
for daily maintenance.
- Be a willing team worker at all times. Accept and perform special
assignments within or outside his Department as requested by his Immediate
Head.
- Keep abreast of all company policies and code of conduct by reading and
understanding all guidelines issued pertaining to such matters; and
performing such duties and functions as specified in the guidelines
