Mô tả công việc

Job Description The Accountant shall:

- Check/Prepare all payments for expenses;

- Prepare necessary papers/documents for cash/bank payments;

- Send telegraphic transfers to bank;

- Ensure official receipts/invoices cover all payments and all payables/expenses to be properly documented according to the procedures set by the CFO ;

- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements;

- Prepare monthly VAT/PIT declaration;

- Perform other duties Chief Accountant may assign;

- Report directly to Chief Accountant. Job Requirement

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting. CA or MBA in Accounting/Finance is an advantage;

- At least 1 year at the same position

- Excellent Microsoft office skills

- Skillful in using of accouting softwares

- Able to work with minimal direction

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Familiar with Vietnamese Law and Regulations - Good command of English
