 Job Description An Info Service Staff comes in indirect contact with customers.  He/she receives their requests or demands and hands them over to other departments so that they can be taken care of promptly. ·          Review and respond to customer complaints.  Report to a senior employee if necessary. ·          Readily accept compliments and criticism from customer. ·          During the course of the service, constantly keep an eye for anything customers may need.  Create a comfortable environment by making small talk. ·          Direct phone calls and put in wake-up calls. ·          Answer telephone inquiries from inside and outside the hotel. ·          Immediately respond to any problems that may arise in guest rooms, other facilities or services.  If necessary, contact the relevant departments promptly to have the problem addressed.

Yêu cầu công việc

Job Requirements ·         Education: High school diploma or its equivalent.  Bachelor degree or higher in related field preferred. ·         Experience: Experience in guest services and INS (PBS) preferred ·         Credentials: Guest services certificates preferred ·         Must have fluent English skills to serve guests and make reports ·         Must be a good communicator.  Must be able to train staffs and make reports. ·         Must be able to identify and respond to situations in hotel facilities and guest rooms ·         Must be knowledgeable about tourist information and nearby facilities. ·         Must know and understand company regulations and applicable laws regarding hotel management.
