Mô tả công việc

·         Responsible for managing the Hotels management team (HOD's) and overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent Guest experience.

·         Oversees the operations functions of the hotel, as per the Organizational chart.

·         Holds regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments.

·         Ensures full compliance to Hotel operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards.

·         Clearly understands and communicates the requirements for total quality management and successful performance within the hotel. Provides the best possible service to clients and customers. Inspects a minimum of five guestrooms per day.

·         Handles with complaints, and oversees the service recovery procedures.

·         Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel's annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.

·         Manages on-going profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.

·         Ensures all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotels and management.

·         Delivers hotel budget goals and set other short and long term strategic goals for the property.

·         Develops improvement actions, carry out costs savings.

·         A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies

·         Prepares a monthly financial reporting for the owners and stake holders.

·         Draws up plans and budget (revenues, costs, etc.) for the owners.

·         Coordination with HOD's for the execution of all activities and functions.

·         Implements and maintains effective open-door communication system that crosses departmental lines in order to reach all employees.

·         Understands the government regulations affecting hotel’s operations, ensuring hotel is operated in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, and requirements of any federal, state or municipal authority.

·         Other duties may be assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

·         4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years’ experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area.

·         Experience as General Manager or Director of Operations within a similar quality hotel

·         In-depth knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector

·         Excellent leadership and communication skills.

·         Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Other language knowledge is an advantage.
