Deliver and maintain high standards of food preparation and service of all Kitchen outlets and functions
Maintain food safety and hygiene (HACCP) in the workplace at all times
Initiate new recipe/product to enhance guest satisfaction
Always keep food quality and food quantity up to standard and under control of food cost
