Position Function (Brief overview of the position) : To assist Human Resources Manager in day to day English Training Activities as well as to develope employee performance and career. Primary Duties : English and Operations Training 1. Planning, preparing and delivering lessons and workshops for groups and individuals; 2. Designing and producing teaching materials and adapting existing materials; 3. Carrying out assessments of employees' needs; 4. Planning schemes of work; 5. Assessing students' progress; 6. Keeping records; 7. Attending team meetings; 8. Conducting and contributing to English and service enhancement training sessions; 9. Providing mainstream language support to all departments in a formal and informal capacity. 10.Collaborating with class and subject teachers; 11.Cooperating with bilingual classroom assistants; 12. Preparing information for inspection visits and other quality assurance 13. Being responsible for trainees' matters, such as files, records and counseling. 14. Together with Human Resources Manager to control the implementation of training sessions which are conducted in each department. 15. Performs related duties regarding Human Resources & training, as assigned or as necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor of English language with good degree. - Good knowledge in Training methodology and hospitality field. - Passion in teaching and good communication skill. - Have experiences in English teaching is the priority.
