Mainly responsibility for Laundry Department for the MGM property, to provide the overall operation of the Laundry Department. To perform in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of the MGM property.

A. Financial
- Ensure that the monthly forecasted laundry revenue figures are achieved.
- Ensure that all laundry charges for the day are posted into the Point of Sale System and operated correctly.
- Identify and correct any errors.
- Adhere strictly to the established operating expenses and ensure that all costs are controlled.
- Ensure an effective payroll control through a flexible work force maximizing utilization of part time employees and close cooperation with other Rooms Division.
- Participate in the formulation of the Annual Operating Budget in determining the projected revenues and expenses, operating equipment and FF&E requirements in line with the compilation of the Annual Business Plan.

B. Operational
- Ensure that the work place is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following MGM’s Standards of Performance.
- Control departmental costs including labor, dry cleaning supplies, yet ensuring services rendered to the guests are of the highest standards.
- Have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned.
- Assign responsibilities to subordinates, implementing Multi Tasking principle and to check their performance periodically.
- Be a hand on Manager and be present at all times in the place of work, especially during busy periods.
- Establish and strictly adhere to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies, inventoried items, and to ensure that the work place is adequately equipped.
- Conduct monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
- Conduct linen inventory.
- Control the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.

C. General
- Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Company’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
- Maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff in the outlet, Engineering and all other departments.
- Attend and contribute to all staff meetings, Departmental and Company trainings scheduled and other related activities.
- Fully support the Departmental Training Function in the Department assigned.
- Provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
- Complete any other task as assigned by the manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Vocational School Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience, with at least 2 years in Assistant Laundry Manager position.
- Ability to communicate fluently in the Vietnamese and English both verbally and nonverbally.
- Willing to work in Ho Tram, Ba Ria VungTau.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts, maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
- Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of clothes material and, laundry machine operation, hotel laundry system and administration.
- Knowledge in computer skills and MS Office Applications.
