Mô tả công việc

- Assist the Director of Sales in organizing the filing system of the Division.

- Assist the Director of Sales in submitting “M.I.S. Report” to Accor Bangkok on monthly basis.

- Ensure that the stock of stationery items are accounted for and well maintained.

- Organize the recording system for all in-coming and out going correspondences.

- Handle all typing work required.

- Assist in the dispatch and collection of correspondence in hotel.

- Take minutes of meetings.

- Ensure the cleanliness of the office.

- Handle all incoming telephone calls and take messages and follow up.

- Prepares & check all incoming communication message such as facsimile and email messages.

- Assist in the packing of materials when required, eg. Hotel brochures, sales kits etc.

- Issuing on a monthly basis for a further details and status of residential meeting groups to sales persons, so that if confirmed correct information to be re-entered, if cancelled such space can be released.

- Update production reports of Corporate & Travel Agents monthly, quarterly and yearly.

- Assist the Director of Sales in issuing Travel Agents Contract Rates, questionnaire as requested.

- Ensures that all complaints are reviewed and investigated by Director of Sales and follow-up action is initiated by Sales persons.

SKILLS Level of Education: Bachelor / Licence Areas of study: Sales Professional experiences: 3 years Language essential: English ESSENTIAL AND OPTIONAL REQUIREMENTS -Vietnamese Nationality only -Minimum of 2 years in the same position within an international hotel environment -A strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, sales, and marketing -Guest and sales oriented -Able built, train , manage and motivate a team in difficult environment -Knowledge of Opera is a must -Strong oral, written communication skills and Fluent English -Previous resort opening experience is a plus and can live in remote area
