KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Exceed budgeted RevPAR expectations consistently.
2. Exceed COR target revenue of designated markets
3. Exceed budgeted Catering revenue expectations consistently.
4. Plan key sales strategies and actions completed, evaluated, and results achieved
5. Set up strategies, tactics and delegate for senior sales manager
6. Achieve sales objective and goal to generate maximum high yield in accordance with the specific sales action plan.
SCOPE OF DUTIES
• Create promotions as appropriate of each marketplace in the right timing.
• Establish key accounts key prospect for sales activities, promotions, fam trips.
• Provide feedback to the management on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result in general market idea.
• Maintain good contact with existing customers.
• Attend all training sessions and courses, briefing and meetings as required
• Put into practice all trainings received relating to job knowledge and skills and the hotel’s culture.
• Keep up with what competitors are doing in the marketplace, ensure our competitiveness at all times.
• Maintain a strong working relation and make use of their expertise to maximize sales force and sales coverage in their responsible markets.

• Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations contained in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning Fire, Hygiene, Health & Safety and Emergency situation.
• Maintain a good rapport and working relationship with colleagues in the outlet and all other departments.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all time, and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standard.
• Provide a friendly, courteous and professional service, ensuring guests satisfaction at all time.
• Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
• Project at all times a positive and motivated attitude and to exercise self control.
• Attend all meetings as required by the hotel.
• Ensure the work place and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all time.
• Practice the outmost protection of office’s confidentiality.
• Work flexible hours according to the demands of your role.
• Respond to any changes in the job function as dictated by the industry, company or management.
