• Co-ordination of all aspects of the department operation to ensure that the services of the Department are delivered to guests or internal customer with the aim of exceeding guest expectations and in accordance with “Brand name’s standards and procedures.
  
• Have a full knowledge of the Restaurant operation and roles therein. Convey a sense of urgency that events are executed in a timely manner. Able to develop and maintain excellent credibility with co-workers and subordinates by demonstrating complete consistency between words and actions, in all aspects of behaviours.
  
• Effectively identify and anticipate guest needs & handle challenging with guest diplomatically.
  
• Exceeding guest expectations regarding both in quality and service.
  
• Maintain a high level of output and quality. Take action to ensure overall success of department.
  
• Responsibility for effective recruitment, training and development, certification, performance evaluation, turnover reduction and optimization of productivity through efficient work practices and staff rostering.
  
• Ensure all food & beverage items served to guest are of the highest standard, and presentation is as per hotel standards. Understand and supervise opening and closing procedures including throughout knowledge of computer system.
  
• Ensure cleanliness of all areas of the restaurant: tables, chairs, floor and general equipment.
  
• Ensure sufficient equipment for the operations of the restaurant. Plan ahead for appropriate repair and replacement of damaged items.
• Prepare monthly of Food & Beverage revenue and Labour forecast.
  
• Ensure roster is produced accordance to Hotel policy, and display in a prominent location for staff.
  
• Be alternative in checking quality of food & beverage service.
• Ensure linen exchange procedure is followed and all care is taken with linen.
  
• To see that all back of house restaurant areas are cleaned and equipment stored before the end of the day’s trade.
  
• Analyze and response to guest feedback, guest satisfaction and associate satisfaction information; and give a positive commitment to continuous improvement of product and performance.
  
• Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the implementation of Restaurant promotion and special events.
• Undertake additional duties as requested by the DOFB/ F&B Manager and Hotel Management.

- At least 2 years experience in a similar role at a 5 star hotel - Good communication in English - Good leadership skill and computer skill
