Job Description • Responsible to maintain and upkeep the entire hotel with all its equipment and facilities, to manage the maintenance and repairing planning professionally, provide water, heat, light and power for the entire hotel, water and engineering craft service needed for the safe ad efficient operation of the hotel. • Direct engineering operation and maintenance economically and in accordance with design Engineers specification, the equipment manufactures recommendation, the hotel policies and procedures and the operations schedule and requirements. • To direct the execution of the hotel safety program including assistant to other Department Heads in following up on safety in all parts of the Hotel operation by regularly inspecting, reporting, recommending and giving lectures in safety and making safety aids available for training exercise. • To responsible for the operational and maintenance of physical plant and Engineering facilities of the hotel.
