JOB DESCRIPTION Arrange weekly planning for GR staff • Pushing revenue by promoting resort production including but not limited to PDA shop, PDA infrastructures, spa, tours, services • Analyze customer feed back and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating and guest satisfaction • Deal with guest complains and issue, follow up on outstanding matter • Direct, coach and manage GR team to ensure all standards and operating procedures are adhered to. • Prepare and plan training for GR team and FO team • Appraise team performance and produce report • Trace relevant statistics about clientele • A GRO gives each guest a personal recognition. This could be in a form of memorizing names of the customers or addressing them with the correct salutations, such as "Miss", "Sir", "Ma'am" or "Senator." • Greet & Overseeing guests upon arrivals and departures • Assist with check-ins / check-outs of clients. Ensure that all check-ins and check-out are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any guest • Assist guests with airline bookings and reconfirmation's, transportation • Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of guests • Assist staff with language and cultural behavior • Assist with translations (information: guest directory; menus etc.) as required • Schedule and plan activities including but not limited to excursion, diner, spa booking for guests • Promote, plan and coordinate all promotional activities targeting clients • Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests • Coordinate and supervise all activities for guests • Attend recreation activities when necessary • Provide feedback from Guests to Front Office Manager for action • Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner. • Should possess detailed information about the Resort & city as well as the competition. • Detailed information regarding arrivals and room requirements. • Providing excellent customer service as per resort standards. • Providing information including but not limited to the resort, town’s attractions, activities etc. • Check VIP’s reservations, complete their pre-registration formalities. • Pre-check rooms to all arriving guests. • Maintain all guest folios in the manner instructed and type out necessary guest likes and dislikes to the appropriate fields on the profile. • Co-ordinate with housekeeping for clearing of rooms. • Collect Guest feedback during guest departure along with his likes and dislikes. • Perform basic cashier activities as and when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree of Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - 6 years hotel/ resort management experience - 3 years working experience in similar position - Good appearance, well groomed and healthy - Able to work under high-pressure. - Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. - Good relationship with corporate account. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Negotiation skill. - Solving problem skill. - Good training skills - Have “Can do” attitude. Familiar with the hospitality market in the Phan Thiet / Mui Ne / Ke Ga area is a plus.
