Job description: - Assist with clients contract preparation and follow up, coordinate groups preparation between our clients and the resort’s team, assist to follow up payment with client and resort team. The position is mainly based on computer work, no sales call of client visit to be expected, but regular phone contact with client (and resort team) will be part of the daily routine. - Administration work such as light accounting tracking, reporting (via soft copy and postage sending), contact with suppliers and third parties and more sales oriented part including contact and follow up with client/guests for bookings and contracting. - Particular requirement: good level of English (writing, reading), willing and able to do extra hours (based on groups requirement.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education level : at least 2 years university (any field) - Experience : at least 2 years’ experience in a general admin position (secretary or related), or preferably, 2 years’ experience in a hotel admin position (sales, FO or F&B)
