• Welcome and register guests by the process.

• Detailed job details will be discussed during the interview.

• Perform other tasks assigned.

• Check the procedures of stay, check out the guest process properly

• Confirm the room change and use the restaurant service ... of the guest

• Cash, traveler's checks, currency, credit cards for the accounting department

• Check cash management procedures, safe deposit box

• Resolve requests and provide necessary information to customers

• Record and handle requests and complaints of guests

• Save and update the cost of guest use on the software

• Proficient in SMILE's FO program.

• Announce Late check-outs for Room Division, or special requests

• Check room rates, room plans, and room types.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Male/Female 20-30 years old / Precious / Good health, height 1m6 (female) or 1m65 (male).
• Graduated from University or College specializing in Hotel - Restaurant
• Have experience using hotel management software Smile
• Priority candidates for experience in hospitality, 4 star hotel or above
• Basic computer (Word, Excel, Email)
• Good communication in Japanese (listening / speaking, reading / writing)
• Friendly, good communication skills
• Be careful and honest
• Work in team
• The desire to learn, the desire to companion and development
