Mô tả công việc

• Welcomes guest, receive comments from the guest; answer all guests’ questions concerning our service and further information.
• Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems.
• Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the resort.
• Be responsible for facilitating efficient communications for both guests and staff within the resort and for external communications.
• Promotes in-house facilities.
• Recommends any in-house promotions to the guest.
• Supports and assists departments at peak periods, especially Front Office.
• Communicates with the Front Office Team on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and resort operations.
• Monitors appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff.
• Handles all resort emergency procedures.
• And tasks as required by direct supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position.
• Self-motivated/ dynamic, friendly, good interpersonal skills.
• Task management, and great attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing) and Japanese / Russian / Chinese, etc .. is preferable
• Teamwork and can work under pressure.
• Experience in Customer Service skills.
• Good at public speaking.
