• Supports the Head Chef in all his duties

• Actively develops, directs and coaches employees to improve their skills and provides support for career development

• Manages the team, ensures effective communication, and manages all food production and deadlines

• Ensures a safe, efficient, professional working environment within the kitchen and related food service areas

• Manages kitchen administration alongside, and in the absence of Head Chef, and all related documentation

• Professional working environment

• Vocational certificate or diploma in professional cuisine

• Significant cuisine experience in similar volume, quality and style of international hotel

• Management experience of 50 or more kitchen staff

• Thorough knowledge & understanding of HACCP, and practical experience in implementing HACCP standards

• Computer literate

• Languages: fluent in Vietnamese and English
