- Perform secretary’s functions for HR department. Support other functions in the team: update candidates for recruitment, administrative support for training, translation of documents, and work out administrative documents....
- Arrange office stationery and equipment.
- Arrange administrative works before the new ambassador on board: workplace, office equipment, meals, parking, uniforms, and locker, name card, etc...
- Guide ambassadors to return items and equipment that the company has issued to the relevant departments before resign.
- Receive requests of ordering name cards from the department, coordinate with marketing in designing and work with suppliers to print.
- Prepare paperwork for foreign ambassadors: work permit, residence card, visa, etc...
- Be the telephone operator when the receptionist is absent.
- Process the payment of administrative expenses: monthly telephone, meals and parking…
- Update the all costs incurred by T&C department.
- Follow up the validity of each license and certificate to process to renew or extend before it is expired.
- Prepare the application for renew, extend, amend licenses and certificates
- Submit the application to the government agency and follow up until the licenses granted.
- Notarize documents as necessary.

- Bachelor in Human resources administration, English or Business Administration
- Good command of English skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing
- Candidates with at least 1 year of experience at the similar position will be prioritized.
- Hospitality oriented
- Have good skill of Microsoft Office.
