My name is Nguyen Phuoc Tho - born 1975, I have more than 15 years of experiences in human resource administration, asset management, real estate services and quality control in hospitality. My recent job was Administration Manager at Vinpearl Phu Quoc resort and hotel from the beginning of 2014 to the end of 2016 (nearly 3 years). Here, I directly managed some departments as: Administration office, staff canteen, office building, dormitory area with more than 1,000 employees, pest control team, garbage disposal team and spiritual work. I took all above tasks from pre-opening until opening of the resorts (600 rooms and 40 villas) Due to some personal circumstances, I returned to Can Tho city at the end of 2016. In Can Tho, I invested in my own restaurant system. At the first some years, the development was good, but after the covid-19 epidemic and until now the development is not possible due to the general situation. Therefore, I handed over these tasks to my family members, realizing that I could also do well the tasks related to human resource administration and general operations.
