PILLOWTALK OUTLET MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

Overall Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of PILLOWTALK, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.

Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise PILLOWTALK staff, including bartenders, servers, security personnel, and cleaning staff.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve staff performance.

Customer Service:

Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage budgets, including revenue forecasting and expense control.

Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

Marketing and Promotions:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, partnership projects, and promotional events to attract customers and increase revenue.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative strategies for promoting the PILLOWTALK.

Security and Safety:

Implement and enforce security procedures to ensure the safety of customers and staff.

Coordinate with security personnel to handle any disturbances or security threats.

Inventory Control:

Manage inventory levels of beverages, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock.

Conduct regular inventory audits to track usage and identify areas for improvement.

Venue Maintenance:

Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of PILLOWTALK venue, including regular inspections and repairs.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Vendor Relations:

Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.

Maintain positive relationships with vendors and address any issues or concerns.

Community Engagement:

Foster positive relationships with the local community and neighboring businesses.

Participate in community events and initiatives to promote the nightclub and build goodwill.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a brunch restaurant or similar setting.

2. Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

4. A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

5. Proficiency in restaurant POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office suite.

6. Knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and health and safety regulations.

7. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by the needs of the business.

8. Fluent in English.
