-Welcoming all the guests 

 -Responding to their queries patiently and guiding them about the services available 

 -Scheduling reservations for guests and monitoring availability of treatment and staff to ensure punctual service as per the relevant skills of therapists 

 -Reviews and confirms guests appointments 

-Conduct walk-in retail sales 

 -Communicates all pertinent information to the Spa Manager and Spa Supervisor. Communicate guests suggestions so that the spa’s offering can be further enhanced 

-Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail as well as promotions and or discount available

-Assist in all areas of spa as requested by management

Yêu cầu công việc

- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills 

 - Excellent spoken in English language is a must. 

 - Enjoy working with people, possess a friendly and outgoing personality 

 - Excellent communication and listening skills 

 - Excellent oral and written proficiency in English 

 - Confident with computer skills knowledge include word, excel and outlook 

 - At least one year experience working in similar customer service environment as a receptionist, therapist or similar role 

 - High level of hygiene and grooming 

 - Excellent knowledge of resort and its facilities, services and products
