Mô tả công việc

• Reporting directly to the GM is directly responsible for the day to day operations of the Front Desk whilst on duty.
• Having a positive attitude towards work, be self-disciplined and self-motivated, able to lead by example for all subordinates.
• To ensure that all guests are provided with concise information concerning the services and facilities provided by the hotel.
• To monitor guest service personnel constantly
• Establish good public relations with all guests.
• Provide services and information to guests that are most accurate and up to date possible, and are delivered to the guests in the most meaningful way.
• To ensure that financial and corporate targets are met or exceeded,
• To be responsible of the operation as assigned by Front Office Manager, ensure that the service quality and standards are maintained to provide maximum guest satisfaction.
