Mô tả công việc

Stewarding Supervisor is responsible to assist the Kitchen Department to enforce the highest possible cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food processing facilities, as well as the operating equipments. Main responsibilities include dish room operations, night cleaning, back area cleaning and equipment’s maintenance, banquet plating and food running.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or other related field • Minimum of 1 year Captain experience in international hotel or 5 stars residence back ground • Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office • Good command of written and spoken English • Management and good communication skill • Flexibility to work variety of early and late shift • Be able to work well under pressure
