Job Description
- Learning and understanding knowledge, terms and conditions of Boat and Package Tour in Mekong Delta Area in the South Vietnam & Others services in Saigon

- Taking care of Boat/ Tours bookings for Mekong Delta zone in the South Vietnam & Others services in Saigon:
+Reservation: Handle all bookings (new booking, amendment, cancellation)
+Updating: Inform sales responsible the booking status, follow up for waitlisted bookings and make necessary amendments
+Reporting: Internal - Booking Report and Deposit Payment Report to accounting, External - Guest Complain Report
+ Negotiation: Negotiating with suppliers for special requests, fam trip groups…

- For last minute bookings, or amendment on spot, act immediately. At the same time, check and inform the cancellation policy.
- Make certain that the services booked meet clients' expectations and Easia standard
- Ensure to perform the tasks given in accordance with standard policies and procedures of the company under general direction of Office Manager
- Explain sale team Pros & Cons of Boat and tour in the SouthVietnam & Others services, advise sales team using promotion programs & offers in the contract rate
- Announce to related departments Renovation/Construction notice & solve troubles concerning Renovation/Construction
- Update B2B

Yêu cầu công việc

- Vietnamese;
- BA or MBA in Foreigner Language, Hotel & Tourism Management or other related majors;
- Good command of English is a must;
- Good communication skills;
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Having at least 1 years’ experience in inbound travel (operation, reservation) is a must;
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded;
- Flexible, be willing, creative and having a good sense of product’s evaluation;
- Hardworking, capable of working independently, overtime and under pressure.
