• Works with OTAs and manage the system in the effective way of business generation. • Pays visits to clients for entering into contracts with them. Negotiates prices with the clients. • Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests. • Provides after-sales service and take care of all guest complaints. • Be well informed about the operations especially in key departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B etc) • Sets, in conjunction with the GM/EAM, currents rates as charged by the hotel. • Promotes the hotel as often as possible through entertaining, conduction, site inspections, presentation etc., • Assists in drawing up the marketing plan annually with the GM/EAM • Organizes meetings with professional people especially clients & people in a position to publicize the hotel. • A key operator for the Hotel’s reservations application. • Checks availability daily, informs GM/EAM of major fluctuations. • Update resort status in resort’s reservation application and review incoming information. • Insure that all reservations are completed 100% accurately and that commissionable reservations are appropriately flagged to insure commission is paid on time and accurately to our travel partners. • Advise room status to all departments using forecast reports. • Delegate special daily tasks to Receptionist. • Produce production reports. • Develop and maintain good relationship with other departments. • Update the Hotel’s reservations application to maximize guest room utilization. • Produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reservations reports.

• Two years managerial experience in Sales & Marketing, Business administration or related field preferred in a boutique resort or hotel. Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is acceptable. • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and teamwork. • The incumbent should possess strong interpersonal, computer and selling skills. • English with ability to communicate clearly. • Ability to work under pressure.
