JOB DUTIES: Establishes recruiting requirements by studying the Business Lines/ Company plans and objectives; meeting with senior managers/ Dept. Heads to discuss needs. Builds applicant sources by various methods to attract candidates including researching and contacting community services, colleges, recruiters, social media, and internet sites; providing the Company profile, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport. Maintains the company careers website; Creates and posts the detailed job adverts Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters and job sites. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. Scans resumes and performs first stage interviews. Selects and recommends potential applicants to the Dept. Heads and evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with senior managers/ Dept. Heads; Manages intern program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions; assists Training office on training and coaching interns Obtains the feedback and passes on to candidates Updates and maintains a systematic applicant data with highlighted qualified/senior applicants. Updates all candidate records though the application process Producing ad hoc reports for management meetings SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - Candidates that wish to apply for this role must possess experience of working in a similar role, managing the end to end recruitment process, the ability to work within a fast paced sometimes demanding environment. - Candidates need to have good skills in presentation, communication (both English and Vietnamese), judgment, - Candidates will also need to demonstrate the ability to work on your own and as part of a team
