In charge of directing and monitoring entire Sales and Marketing activities in the hotel.
Establish and implement the Sales & Marketing related activities and strategic planning annually.
Ensure that all client requests and servicing are attended to and fulfilled by all sales personnel and administration staff.
Monitoring department’s operation, costs and human resources.
Detail of the job description to be discussed.

6 day-off per month
Get a competitive salary depending on ability, 13th-month salary, and holiday bonus

Get 100% service charge for 2 months of the probationary period
To be entitled to the prescribed social insurance as law after 2 months of the probationary period

Require Skills

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Good Communication and writing skills.
Fluency in English (4 skills).
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel and POS system.

Strong Leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results.

Qualifications

Experience

5 years of Sales and Marketing experience with two years in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation.
