- To uphold A La Carte’s standards and to be responsive to the instructions of the FB Supervisor / Assistant FB Services Manager. The role of the Bartender will be to execute all service transactions according to the operational standards set by the resort in a professional, friendly and prompt manner, with an emphasis on beverage sales & mixing of drinks.
- The Bartender will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Educational Level High school or equivalent education required.
- Language Proficiency Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
Skills
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident to talk with guests and show off bar skills.
- General knowledge of the city where hotel is located and its attractions.
- Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities.
- Experience One to two years in a Hotel / Resort bar operation.
