I/ Position Summary:

The Executive Sous Chef is responsible to assist the Hotel Manager for overall kitchen operation, ensuring guest satisfaction, planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.

II/ Executive Sous Chef Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing staff in the department: hiring. on the job training, scheduling staff working shifts, time management, performance management.
Planning menus for banquets and seasonal events.
Managing hygiene and health and safety standards.
Managing food cost and inventory.
Delegating the department to attend management meetings.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. 2+ years of experience in a similar position.

2. Good ability in managing people.

3. Advanced knowledge of food professional principles and practices.

4. Excellent knowledge of BOH systems, ordering and inventory.

5. Excellent communication skills.
