• Attendant is responsible for serving our guests with provision of fitness area and swimming pool in a courteous, gentle, charming and professional manner. To deliver a wellness experience that relaxes and rejuvenates our guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities)

• At all-time well groomed, have a pleasant disposition, greet guests with the most hospitable attitude upon arrival at the hotel and proactive to approach the guests for assistance.

• Adhere to guest contact standard at all time.

• Greet the guests by name and comfortable voice and friendly attitude

• Provide complete knowledgeable with the service offered by the hotel, how and where these facilities could be obtained in order to give accurate information to guests.

• Be aware of the events of the day and the activities going on in the hotel or complex highlighted activities.

• Follow daily checklist and supervisor or above instruction on working procedure.

• Alert security or duty manager whenever a seemingly suspicious looking person is present.

• Must be fully conversant with emergency evacuation and fire procedures

• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Greeting guest, offering assistance, provide information to guests about the gym, pool, facilities, activities, lessons, products, services, equipment and giving tours of the fitness facilities

• Communicate with guests and members in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction

• Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure issues or compliments are escalated to enable long-term improvements in products and services

• Ensure guest experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and comment cards

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in gym and pool area (reception, gym, treatment rooms, changing room, pool)

• Explain and enforce the rules and regulations of the recreation facility (gym, pool, massage area, etc.) for the safety of guests and members

• Control number of towels by daily linen record, transport to work area and fold and stack according to hotel standards/ procedures

• Conduct inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment and inform supervisor/manager of low supply items

• Check the gym, pool area and changing rooms ensure stocking, setting up amenities and lockers, cleaning all surfaces, and emptying trash

• Maintain cleanliness of pool water and general pool area including emptying used pool towel bins, organizing pool furniture, setting up and refilling towels, picking up trash on pool deck as needed, and neatly arranging the pool storage shelves

• Check the gym area to clean all machines, remove dirty towels, trash, maintain gym equipment in full working order.

• And other tasks assigned by Health Club Supervisor and Assistant Chief Concierge

Experience:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience, or currently in similar position

Qualifications:

• Health qualification
• First Aid Certification
• CPR Certification
