Club Service Agent (Club Server - VIP Lounge)

Position summary statement:

A Club Service Agent prides themselves in providing excellent guest experiences. He/ she has the opportunity to showcase both growing knowledge of Food and Beverage and Front Office to make a truly memorable guest experience as opposed to just stay in a hotel.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Welcome and provide cheerful, courteous and efficient food and beverage service to the guest at Pacific Club Lounge

• Ensure the set-up at the Lounge is ready on time and following to the standard for daily breakfast/afternoon tea/evening cocktails

• Responsible for maintaining ordering and inventory logs to assure proper food and beverage items are always in stock.

• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures

• Provide an inviting atmosphere where guests may receive a quick meal, drink and/or socialize with other guests.

• Handle guest inquiries and provides information relative to the local surroundings, attractions, activities

• Familiarize with hotel’s emergency procedures and policies in order to play an active role in the event of an emergency.

• Works closely with other departments in the hotel to achieve and maintain the highest standards of service to our guests

• Comply with other request from hierarchical supervisor(s) in a timely manner, and other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.

• Good command of English
