Mô tả công việc
To monitor, analyze, initate and conduct training sessions and to guide and support the department trainers of the hotel.
1. Plans training budgets, forecast costs and control that cost are kept within the relevant budgets
2. Ensures that all associates receive regular training classes and on the job trainings
3. Assesses training needs for all departments of the hotel in cooperation with the Department Heads and Human Resources Manager and develops a yearly training plan for the entire hotel
4. Guarantees that all new employees go through an orientation program
5. Designs, develops and facilitates training programs
6. Prepares and monitors cross departmental training schedules
7. Guides, consults and develops the departmental trainers
8. Develops and monitors the Hotel Training plans in cooperation with the General Manager, Department Heads and Departmental Trainers
9. Takes the initiative to develop himself by attending seminars, trainings and by reading training and development related literature
10. Informs himself always about latest operational issues, special events and all important happenings in the hotel
11. Evaluating Training Programs Effectiveness: Monitors enrollment and attendance at training classes.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s Degree majoring in Hotel Management, Fluency in English (verbal and written),
• Conversational level of second language
• Experience: At least 2 years of management experience on the Department Head level in an international environment
• Skills: Good analytic and organizational skills, outstanding people and rhetorical skills, excellent presentation skills, and knowledge of hotel-related software’s and Microsoft Office Applications
