Mô tả công việc
- Supervise Front office operations during assigned shift including:
o Update and Maintenance of guest ‘s profile
o Review daily arrival guest and arrange In room check in guest
o Liaise with Room Service and Housekeeping to set up VIP Amenity at the right time
o Communicates, Coordinates and coordinates with other departments as required. Ie Front Desk, Concierge, and Bell desk
o Check the Daily Function and assign Guest Relations accordingly
o Prepare Weekly VIP arrival and noted any high paying guest amenity
o Follow up and resolve Guest’s trace
o Efficient check in and checkout process
- Supervise Club Lounge
o Efficient Check in and Check out at the Club Lounge
o Supervise and control Cash Flow
o Order and control stocks in the Club lounge
o Be responsible for all the changes of set up and report immediately
o Instructing staff in cash security procedures
o Prepare monthly reports
o Supervise and train the new comer
o To attend to guest’s complaints promptly, efficiently and to report to the Guest Relations Executives or Manager for service recovery and follow up.
o To familiar with the habits of regular and long staying guests and anticipate their requirements
- Works with Superior and Human Resource Manager to ensure the departmental performance of staff is productive.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Working knowledge of local area networks and Microsoft Windows
- Good writing skills
