SALES MANAGER (LEISURE) - WYNDHAM GARDEN HOI AN

• Identify business opportunities with business partner, especially the travel agencies.
• Create selling strategies to capture the maximum amount of revenue.
• Solicit new business opportunities from international operators, travel agents and wholesalers through sound business practices.
• Conduct sales calls (Sales Visit) as indicated by the Sales Plan and report on Daily basis.
• Prepare weekly or monthly activity and production reports.
• Research to modify existing or develop new wholesale contracts as needed based on hotel and/or market conditions.
• Recommend and coordinate deployment of any promotions as may be necessary.
• Work with the Sales team to develop marketing strategies for the assigned segment.
• Attend and potentially present information for internal and external meetings as assigned
• Train, supervise and conduct reviews of the sales executive position.

• Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management and other related major
• Minimum three years of experience (3) in the 4-5 star hotel. Wholesale or leisure sales experience is an asset
• Priority is given to candidates having worked in a similar position for international hotels/resorts and can start as soon as possible
• Fluency in English/Communication skills.
