Mô tả công việc

This is a full-time on-site role for an Indian Chef located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, at the Ramana Saigon Hotel. The Indian Chef will be responsible for designing Indian menus, cooking Indian dishes, and ensuring the quality and taste of the food. The Indian Chef will also be responsible for training and supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory and ordering ingredients, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Yêu cầu công việc

Cooking skills in creating Indian dishes

Experience in designing Indian menus

Strong knowledge of Indian spices and ingredients

Ability to manage and train kitchen staff

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Certification in Indian cooking or culinary arts is a plus

Experience working in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant is preferred

Fluent in English, knowledge of Vietnamese language is a plus

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
