• Security Operations: Manage all security-related activities, including surveillance, access control, and patrols, to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.

• Crisis Management: Develop and implement emergency response plans, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff in various scenarios.

• Quản lý khủng hoảng: Xây dựng và thực hiện các kế hoạch ứng phó khẩn cấp, đảm bảo an toàn và sức khỏe cho khách và nhân viên trong nhiều tình huống khác nhau.

• Risk Assessment: Identify potential security risks, vulnerabilities, and threats, implementing measures to prevent and mitigate security breaches.

• Đánh giá rủi ro: Xác định các rủi ro, lỗ hổng và mối đe dọa bảo mật tiềm ẩn, thực hiện các biện pháp ngăn chặn và giảm thiểu các vi phạm an ninh.

• Access Control: Oversee access control systems, managing visitor entry and exit procedures to ensure security and privacy.

• Kiểm soát truy cập: Giám sát hệ thống kiểm soát truy cập, quản lý thủ tục ra vào của khách để đảm bảo an ninh và quyền riêng tư.

• Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents, accidents, or security breaches, and provide timely and accurate reports.

• Điều tra: Tiến hành điều tra kỹ lưỡng về các sự cố, tai nạn hoặc vi phạm an ninh và cung cấp báo cáo kịp thời và chính xác.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure coordinated security efforts and support their operational needs.

• Relevant certifications in security management or emergency response.

• Các chứng chỉ liên quan về quản lý an ninh hoặc ứng phó khẩn cấp.

• 5 years of progressive experience in security management, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• 5 năm kinh nghiệm thăng tiến trong quản lý an ninh, với tối thiểu 2 năm ở vai trò giám sát hoặc quản lý.

• Strong knowledge of security protocols, access control, and emergency response procedures.

• Kiến thức vững chắc về các giao thức bảo mật, kiểm soát truy cập và quy trình ứng phó khẩn cấp.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề xuất sắc.

• Experience with security technology and surveillance systems.
