Mô tả công việc

Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures, as required.
Ensure that Duty Managers are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments.
Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
Assist other departments, as necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

Students with majors in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
Students and fresh graduates are welcomed.
Fluent in English (especially speaking), 3rd language is encouraged.
Detail-oriented and good communication skills.
Service mindset is a must.
Be able to work in shifts.
Interested in interacting with guests and passionate for excellent service.
