**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Northern Charm Hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and assisting with any guest inquiries or requests.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Manage hotel reservations and check-in/check-out procedures

- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries

- Handle guest requests and provide assistance as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
