JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE : CHIEF OF SECURITY

DEPARTMENT : Security

REPORTS TO : General Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensures the security of Guest, Staff.

2. Ensures the security of the Hotel's property.

3. Investigates all security incidents reports.

4. Ensures an effective and systematic working schedule for Ass Chief, Sup and Staff.

5. Ensures effective patrolling system is carried out by Security Guard and to be present to all important function in the Hotel.

6. Prepare and implement a Fire Fighting and Evacuation procedure in the position as Chief of the Fire Fighting Team.

7. Prepare and implement a Fire Drill at least one per year in cooperation with the City Fire Brigade.

8. Monitor all access points and plans access control systems.

9. Ensures All Hotel Procedures is strictly carried out by Security Guard.

10. Reads and check Security Logbook and Duty report forms.

11. Takes instructions from General Manager.

12. Maintains rapport with the Local Police and Authorities.
