Job Objective:

- The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the management of all finance and accounting tasks at sites. 

- The Senior Accountant position is responsible for managing the back of house operations, which includes ensuring that the site is fully compliant with Company requirements.  The Senior Accountant will also support the implementation of all cinema operations policies, practices and procedures.

Key Responsibility

Cash management

- Keep keys of safety box.

- Implement and Monitor all cash receipt must be input into Company bank account. Any outstanding amount must be attached by sales signed-contract and that must be collected by sales-man

- Cross check all revenues which must be complied w/ tax regulations and Company policies and procedures

- Control vouchers issuing.

Stock managing

- Oversea Stock control. Monitor procedures of purchasing inventory to ensure goods increasing into stores with fully quantities as orders

- Implement Stock takes that includes all wastage shortage and excess items must be reported at all times.

- Ensure stock balance figures on accounting system must be matched with stock in the store at FS ending month.

Perform accounting tasks

- Ensure all payments by bank and cash which must be complied with company policies, procedures and tax regulations

- Forecast all payments and prepare cash flow report

- Cross check payroll, PIT and social insurance but not except to prepare the payroll

- Cross check all kind of revenues and integrate figures accurately into Navision

- Book keeping all kinds of accounting transactions into Navision System

- Prepare Account Receivable and Payable reports

- Prepare the breakdown for all accounts of balance sheet

- Monitor all assets at location.

- Ensure all accounting documents being filed securely and in an organised fashion.

- Provide details of Financial Statement report.

- Assist Cinema Manager with managing the costs of the business and assisting with understanding the P&L figures

- Liaise  legal and local tax officers

- Contribute ideas to maintain accounting system, Microsoft Navision

Tax declarations

- Declare accurately all kinds of tax

- Ensure all tax payments to be paid within deadline.

- Conduct tax finalizing

Financial Internal and External Audit

- Perform all tasks of financial auditing timely and accurately

Compliance

- Comply with all Company policies, procedures and department principles

 

Job Requirement

- University Graduated: Major in Accounting

- Work well in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and accounting software

- Experience at a management / supervisory level.

- Good at English

- Experience in a similar role or adequate experience within 3 years
